How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in Easestep and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I erase my progress?
Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. Delete Easestep from your iPhone and it is erased.
I cannot hear the voice.
Check that Voice is on in the move player, turn up the volume, and check the silent switch on the side of your iPhone.
My reminder is not showing.
In the iPhone Settings app, open Notifications, then Easestep, and allow notifications. Then check the reminder time in Easestep Settings.
Talk to your doctor before you begin. Easestep is gentle movement, not medical advice. Stop any move if you feel dizzy or in pain.
